The ruling BJP in the center and the state will launch the campaign for the Elections 2019 Lok Sabha on the party’s founding day. BJP has organized a rally on MMRDA grounds of Bandra-Kurla Complex (BKC) on 6th April to showcase its strength. The rally will be addressed by BJP national president Amit Shah. On this occasion, all senior leaders including State Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, Union Transport Minister Nitin Gadkari will be present. About 3 lakh workers, office-bearers, and leaders will gather from across the state in the rally.
Speaking to reporters in Mumbai BJP office Vasant Smriti in Dadar on Wednesday, state BJP president Raosaheb Danwe said that the workers working on the ground level will get a spectacular view of the party through the rally. Danwe said that the BKC grounds have been a source of energy for us. Former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee was elected the national president of BJP in the first session of the party in Mumbai in 1980. Meanwhile, Demand said that there will be 50 thousand trains in Mumbai for workers to rally. Apart from this, 28 trains have also been booked. For the millions of workers reaching Mumbai, the party has made extensive arrangements. Near the rally venue, workers will be stopped and food arrangements have been made. Amit Shah will be busy every moment
BJP President Shah, who is coming to Mumbai to address party’s rally, will arrive at the Mumbai airport on the evening of April 5. On this occasion, the youth workers of the party, led by Mohit Kamboj, President of Mumbai Yuva Morcha, will be welcoming Shah at the airport. Yuva Morcha activists will take out the rally and accompany Shah’s convoy from Mumbai Airport to BKC of Bandra East. After this, Shah will take up the meeting of the core committee of the state BJP. Shah will address the party rally on the second day of April 6. After the rally, Shah can also interact with journalists. After this, Shah will hold a meeting with BJP legislators, MPs, and ministers in Bandra’s MCA on Friday evening. According to party sources, there is no program to meet Shah’s ally Shiv Sena chief Uddhav Thackeray. The party has kept all the allies away from the rally.
Rane is not invited
Rao Saheb Danave clarified that Maharashtra Swabhimaan Party’s President Narayan Rane has not been invited to the rally. Rane has his own independent party. BJP has only supported him in the Rajya Sabha elections. Rane has recently been elected to the Rajya Sabha on the BJP ticket.
