Himachal Pradesh Lok Sabha General Election Result 2019, Candidates List Voting and Polling Dates: Lok Sabha Election Results 2019: Himachal Pradesh is an Indian state located in the Northern part of India. Himachal Pradesh is Situated in the Western Himalayas, Himachal Pradesh has his borders by states of Jammu and Kashmir on the north, Punjab on the west, Haryana on the southwest, Uttarakhand on the southeast, and the Tibet Autonomous Region on the east.

It also touches the state of Uttar Pradesh at its southernmost point. The state’s name was coined from the Sanskrit word—”Him” means ‘snow’ and “actual” means ‘land’ or ‘abode’—by Acharya  Diwakar Datt Sharma, one of the state’s eminent Sanskrit scholars.

Himachal Pradesh was a Union territory back in days but on 25th January 1971, it was given a status of a state. Himachal Pradesh has 12 districts and it had become the 18th state of India. Himachal Pradesh gives 4 seats to the Lok Sabha and 3 seats to the Rajya Sabha. Simla, Kangra, Hamirpur, and Mandi are the four Lok Sabha constituencies in the region of Himachal Pradesh among which Simla is reserved for the SC Candidates (Scheduled Caste) candidate.

The two most strong parties in the region of Himachal Pradesh are Bhartiya Janta party and the Indian National Congress. BJP is a bit ahead if we compare it with the Indian National Congress. We can never be sure because Congress is a tough opponent to defeat they can form the alliance with any party and they can turn the elections upside down you never know.

In 2019 any of these two parties can emerge as the most powerful one depending upon their Election campaign and how well they form Relationships with the local population.
